  1. Introduction

    • Using our website in part or full, invariably indicates your acceptance to our terms, in case you do not agree to any of our terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
    • We strive to provide 24/7 uninterrupted service, however there is a chance of certain services being suspended or dropped without prior notice. The company does not stand liable for any such actions.
    • There is a possibility of change in legal terms which would be announced on the homepage. You are responsible to check for any changes from time to time and ensure that you agree to such changes at any point in time while accessing the website.

  2. Registration

    • 18 years or above is the required age to register on the website, if you are 13 or older, then parents or guardian’s consent is essential.
    • All the registrations are solely for single users only and the individual is not allowed to share one’s username/password with anyone. The registered user will be responsible for the security of the account.
    • If any of the stated conditions fail to be complied with, the company reserves the right to revoke any username or password.
    • Please notify us at support@unireside.com in case you identify or suspect that others have access to your user ID or password, following which we would revoke the existing account and create a new user name/password.

    • The website will have links to certain third party websites which are solely present to provide information, if the third-party links are accessed then the user leaves our website. The company does not have control or responsibility over the content present in these websites as well as risk associated with accessing them.
    • The company does not manage, own or contract for any rental property listed in the website. Also, the company will not be part of any agreement between the user and the third party, the terms of any such transaction would vary from ours and it’s the students sole responsibility to understand their terms before entering into any such transactions.

      We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources.

  4. Service terms

    • The company shall act as a facilitator and will aid the student from finding an accommodation to assisting till check-in by the student.
    • Our team will assist you in selection of property, arranging viewing and paying holding amount.
    • Our team of experts will provide accommodation options based on your preferences & budget. The final price may vary depending on the property and your preference.
    • Our dedicated team will ensure to provide approximate travel time for commuting between the accommodation to the campus/workplace.
    • You may be required to pay the Service Fee before selection or viewing of the properties at the discretion of UniReside.
    • Signing up or merely creating an account with us will not ensure you a guaranteed accommodation in any way as an accommodation is subject to availability. The final decision rests at the sole discretion of the landlord. The terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement are subject to change by the landlord without any prior information to the Parties.

      • It is hereby clarified that UniReside is engaged only in the business of arranging accommodation for the student. UniReside shall not have any responsibility for any action taken on the student in case – (a) the student violates any applicable law of the country of accommodation,(b) the student violates any terms and conditions imposed by the accommodation provider.

  5. Prices

    • The specified property prices on the websites may change at any time. Despite our best efforts, some of the prices listed on the website may be incorrect. We expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on potential bookings which have not yet been completed.
    • We display the prices that Advertisers provide to us from time to time. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the prices displayed, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
    • Due to the international nature of our website, the currency of the prices shown may vary depending on your location. Currency rates given on the Websites are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only.

  6. Payments

    • A nominal service fee i.e. 'Upto 250 USD' for United States & Canada per person will be charged as commitment fee (“Service Fee”) to provide end to end solution for accommodation needs till users get final accommodation. This fee might change from time to.

  7. Refund Policy

    • Under any circumstance, if the student withdraws from the commitment of finding accommodation, UniReside shall not be liable for any refund whatsoever.The Service fee shall be non-refundable in all circumstances unless UniReside fails to find an accommodation for the student as provided in this clause.
    • Once, UniReside starts the process of looking for properties after the payment of Service Fees by the Student, the Service Fees shall become non-refundable and UniReside shall have no liability in such cases.
    • If the Student is not satisfied with the properties provided by UniReside based on Student’s criteria, UniReside may partially refund the Service Fees to the Student at its own discretion. The quantum of the refund as per this clause shall be decided by UniReside on a case-to-case basis.

    If the Student changes their requirement of the property after the execution of this Agreement, then the student shall have no right to claim refund of the Service Fees.

  8. Changes and cancellation

    • Any tenancy agreement entered into will be between a Student and an Property Landlord/Provider. It is a Student’s responsibility to make themselves aware of the property cancellation policy at the time of booking.

  9. Charges

    • There will be transaction charges for payments made using a Debit Card/Credit Card. The transaction charges will be rounded off to near digit and will be added to your final amount.

    10. License

    • You may link to our home pages, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
    • You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
    • You must not establish a link to our website in any external website that is not owned by you.
    • Our website must not be framed on any other website, nor may you create a link to any part of our website other than the home pages. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

    • All promotional offers listed on the UniReside website are applicable after a student checks in to the property, unless stated otherwise.
    • Offers made available in partnership with property providers are subject to the policies of respective providers.
    • Offers are non-transferable and valid until supplies last.
    • UniReside reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel an offer at any time.

    • We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Websites, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties (and/or similar intellectual property laws, as relevant) around the world. All such rights are reserved.

    • All the information provided by the company is to the best of its knowledge, however the company will not warrant completeness or accuracy of the information provided on this website. The company does not commit to structure, products, services, or pricing policies etc as they deemed to change any point of time, it is upto the user to check for any such changes before undertaking any bookings.

  13. Governing law and Jurisdiction
